(Continued)
Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJ) Then the Lord answered me and said:
Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.
(AMP) 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to
the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry,
wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be
behindhand/(or late) on its appointed day.
The vision is for an appointed time; It will not
disappoint or be late for its appointed day. Though it tarry, wait for it, for
it will surely come! … remember that through faith and patience we
inherit the promises (Hebrews 6:12).
Remember also that it’s not by might, nor by power, but
by His Spirit, says the Lord of Hosts (Zechariah 4:6) … because of that -
we must be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might!
(Ephesians 6:10). Abiding in Him; knowing we can do nothing without Him! (John
15) … That He will keep us in perfect peace, whose heart and mind is set on
Him, because we trust in Him. (Isaiah 23:6)
As we trust in God; realizing that we can only stand
strong in His might; knowing that it’s not by our might or our power but by His
Spirit alone! – all the while abiding in Him, enabling Him to bear fruit
through us and pruning away at us, knowing that we cannot do it without Him …
the promise will surely come to pass.
He will bring it to pass!
