(Continued)
Know that your destination is greater than your journey. The examples of those men show that there was a great outcome at the other end of their perseverance, obedience and faithfulness ... the same with your destination my friend! God’s got a great outcome at the end of it all! An outcome where you would be blessed and an outcome resulting in many lives being transformed by the word of God.
The journey for these men wasn’t pleasant – and yours might not be either
It was difficult for them to endure – and it might be the same for you
I’m sure they were tempted to quit and throw in the towel somewhere along the line – and I’m certain you might be experiencing the same thing
But at the end of the day it was all worth it ... you know why? ... Because God used them mightily in His kingdom and for His glory! Fulfilling the plans He had for their lives and seeing them fulfill God’s purposes and agenda while on the Earth ... they came to learn that their destination far outweighed their journey – and I’m certain it’ll be the same with you!
God’s got the master plan all figured out, all He needs is for us to walk in it and we’ll see His provision, blessing, protection, love, grace and mercy all the way through ... it’s just for us to walk in it; and one the ways we can do so is by reminding ourselves that God has a destination in mind amidst how bad things may seem in the natural ... that the journey is temporary – but the results of our obedience and diligence echoes for all eternity ... because the journey is merely stepping stones for God to use to get us to where He wants and needs us to be ... for He knows that the destination of where He wants to take us is much greater than the journey we’re on right now ... and He’s calling us to see things from His, eternal, point of view.
Therefore I want you to know my friend that your destination is greater than where you find yourself right now ... the key is never to give up or back down, but rather to persevere – to keep on – to continue to stand – and then to stand some more – and continue standing – never slacking off or becoming weary – never giving up – never throwing in the towel ... God’s got your victory in mind and the plans to get you there – so don’t short circuit His grace and love towards you! ... But rather embrace the goodness and kindness of God, knowing that His love will see you endure and overcome all things! ... So remain steadfast in the things of God, for a far greater reward awaits you at the other end of your commitment!
Stay Blessed my friend – and know that your destination is greater than your journey!
