We are all in this together!

Good day my friend

I trust you're doing well

Recently I believe the Lord gave me a word titled, "We are all in this together", which forms today's topic. Hope you enjoy it and will send it onto others as well who may be in need of this encouragement:

Genesis 11:1-6
At one time all the people of the world spoke the same language and used the same words. As the people migrated to the east, they found a plain in the land of Babylonia and settled there. They began saying to each other, “Let’s make bricks and harden them with fire.” (In this region bricks were used instead of stone, and tar was used for mortar.) Then they said, “Come, let’s build a great city for ourselves with a tower that reaches into the sky. This will make us famous and keep us from being scattered all over the world.”
But the Lord came down to look at the city and the tower the people were building. “Look!” he said. “The people are united, and they all speak the same language. After this, nothing they set out to do will be impossible for them!

A similar example can be found in the new testament where we find the growth of the early church. One of the key factors was that all the believers were one in heart and mind (Acts 2:44-47 and Acts 4:32)

It's important for us as believers to remember that no matter what, we are all in this together. Each and every one of us has been called by God to fulfill a unique part of the puzzle and given an assignment to complete before leaving this planet and go be with Him in Heaven one day.

No matter your background,
No matter your past experiences,
No matter your education or financial position,
No matter what others may have told you, or the pain or hurt others may have cause you,
No matter even the past or present disappointments you may have experienced in church
... One thing is certain - your life is not an accident. God has most definitely called you to be a part of His kingdom and for His kingdom! Make no mistake about it!
You have been called - you have been blessed - you have been forgiven and accepted - mended and made whole - healed and delivered - restored and set free - appointed and anointed - for a higher purpose - for Kingdom Purposes! - for a God given assignment that no one has the right to take away from you, not even the devil ... for God is on your side! and He's the one that's backing you to succeed and given you everything you need in this lifetime in order to do so! (if not, He'd be setting you up for failure and that's not His heart towards you!)

... the thing is dear friend, God has this in mind concerning everyone on Earth ... including the people who may have disappointed or hurt you. His love is constant and consistent towards all. He has a plan for them as much as He does for you. He loves them and backs them as much as He does you. God needs them as much as He needs you.

It is up to us and everyone else, with His help, to remind ourselves and others of this truth; that we would form bridges and not tear down the work of God for the sake of being right or being too proud to accept when we may be wrong. God is at work and He needs everyone on board!

Let us remind ourselves today - that we are all in this together!

... with a common goal and ambition, and that is to bring glory to God and to extend His kingdom - all for His glory! ... and whether we like it or not, we need all hands on deck! So let us trust God to help us in this area and encourage others who may have fallen in this area so that we can lift them up in prayer and encourage them to carry on with the work God has called them to. Amen

Romans 11:36 - For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen.

Further readings on this subject include the below verses:

John 17:22,23
I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

Psalm 133:1
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

1 Corinthians 1:10
Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Philippians 2:1,2
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind.

Ephesians 4:1 - 6
I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
